Modern day biblical epiphanies

While the following epiphanies are biblical insights, they are not intended to be additions to the Book of Revelations in The Holy Bible because those revelations are the trademark of the Apostle John  (Revelation 22:18).

  • We have been changing and rewriting our history of Christianity - Future generations will look back and wonder why we allowed ourselves to be deceived.

Example 1 -

B.C. and A.D. have been used to reference the number of calendar years based on the birth of The Christ.
B.C. is the abbreviation of "Before Christ".
A.D. is the abbreviation of "Anno Domini", which is Medieval Latin, and means, "in the year of the Lord".
B.C. is currently being changed to B.C.E., which is the abbreviation of "Before Common Era".
A.D. is currently being changed to C.E., which is the abbreviation of "Common Era".
Therefore, B.C. and A.D. are currently being changed to B.C.E. and C.E.

Example 2 -

Our Father's original name, "3Y3Z" (transliterated YHWH or YHVH), was removed from The Holy Bible, and then His name was replaced with the designation, "LORD" or "God" in our Holy Bibles.

Our Father's title, "Adonay", was also removed from The Holy Bible, and then His title was replaced with the lower cased designation, "Lord" in our Holy Bibles.

God's name was spelled, "YHWH" (possibly YHVH), which is known as the tetragrammaton. Although the pronunciation of God's full name is currently unverifiable, the pronunciation of His shortened name has been deduced from researching Psalms for the word, "hallelujah". "Hallelujah" means "praise God", so His shortened name is, "YaH". (The letter "y" was replaced by the creation of the letter "j" during the 14th century).

Example 3 -

The Messiah's name was "Yehoshua", although it was shortened to "Yeshua". The "YeHo (YH)" in Yehoshua is a theophoric reference to the name of God, "YaH (YH)". "Iesous" was the Greek name assigned to The Messiah. "Iesous" was later transliterated into Latin without the letter "o" which created the name 'Iesus'.  With German influences, the letter "J" was eventually created and came into use in the 14th century, but the first edition of the King James Bible printed the name with the "I" in the early 1600's.  However, by the 17th century, the letter "I" was replaced by the letter "J" so the name "Iesus" became "Jesus" to further modernize the name of The Messiah. Example 4 -

The Sabbath was "changed" to Sunday by the Catholics. The true Sabbath begins Friday at sundown and ends Saturday at sundown.

  • Adam, Eve, and the universe were made in less than a week, but their physical ages were really far older in appearance. Read more...

  • While on earth, The Messiah could have verbally corrected whatever might have needed to be changed in the scriptures of The Old Testament, so whatever remains was probably approved by Him. Interestingly, The Messiah made specific references to Genesis and Moses. Furthermore, God could have given revelations to Paul or John to change whatever might have needed to be changed in the scriptures of The New Testament.

  • Christians who struggle with prayer need to identify the cause(s) of their struggle, and then implement corrective action. Praying for worldly things might lead to the "perception of failure" in prayer because those things probably aren't according to God's will, which results in unfulfilled prayer requests. Praying for things according to God's will increases the success rate in prayer, which will increase the desire to pray more often. The daily prayer is a good example of a brief prayer, which has both achievable short term objectives and challenging long term goals, and focuses on the will of God.

  • Our enemies are our greatest potential allies waiting to become Christians. God told this to us, and showed this to us, when He converted Paul and Emperor Constantine into Christianity. Paul wrote 1/3 of the scriptures in The New Testament. Emperor Constantine had the scriptures compiled into The Holy Bible.

  • God does not pass judgment on disbelievers at "the great white throne of judgment". Instead, the disbelievers who chose not to believe have already sentenced themselves.

  • The "Bema", or judgment seat, is where believers will receive either rewards and crowns, or no rewards at all, according to their deeds done on earth.

  • The Holy Bible solved the mystery of weight control. The "taste" of food is a pleasure of the flesh. Avoid the pleasurable taste of food and you remove your desire to eat food. Your brain will soon learn that food is NOT a source of pleasure, and you will not want to eat extra food anymore. HalleluYaH!!! Read more...

  • Backsliding might result when believers think they are saved, when they are not truly saved. Through incrementalism, one small decision at a time, believers might fall prey to socio-economic demands, and eventually end up extremely far from their desired relationships with God. Therefore, do all things in the name of God.

  • It is possible to believe in The Messiah without accepting Him as your Savior and Lord of your heart, soul, and mind. It's also possible to believe in The Messiah without receiving The Holy Spirit. The devil, and his worshippers (who are 'human beings'), are prime examples those who believe in The Messiah, but haven't been baptized in The name of The Father, and The Son, and The Holy Spirit. Other believers (in Judaism, the Pharisees, and even many unsaved 'Christians') who have failed to develop personal and loving relationships with The Messiah, haven't been baptized in The Holy Spirit, so The Messiah said He doesn't 'know' them. Those believers will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven (Matthew 7:21-23).

  • Baptism in the name of The Father, and The Son, and The Holy Spirit, is not the same as baptism in water. When a person believes The Messiah is his Savior and Lord (leader, God), and then accepts The Messiah into his heart, mind, and soul, he becomes baptized in the name of The Father, and The Son, and The Holy Spirit. This is the one true baptism that remains after the sacrifice of The Messiah on the cross (Ephesians 4:4-6).  If you cannot remember the day this baptism happened to you, which is a life changing event, you might not be "saved" yet.

  • Baptism in water is not the same as baptism in the name of The Father, and The Son, and The Holy Spirit. The purpose of baptism in water was to wash away sins, before The Messiah was crucified on the cross. After The Messiah sacrificed himself to free us from sin, baptism in water became obsolete. However, some believers continue to practice baptism in water to symbolize their commitment to God. Unfortunately, some believers mistakenly think the purpose of this baptism is to receive The Holy Spirit.

  • There is a world of difference between believing in God, and knowing God exists. When you are 100% certain God exists, not 98% or 99%, your life will change dramatically forever. That 100% certainty is rare because it usually needs a vision from God, or a similar experience with Him.

  • According to the Holy Bible, God will provide us a way to defeat temptation. After more than one year of intensive experimentation and research, God allowed me to understand His way for us to defeat temptation. Thank God for His miracles.

Interesting Insights

If you read some scriptures, then pray, and turn on soft Christian music before you go to sleep, you have a greater opportunity to dream about God and interacting with Him.

We are children of our Father in Heaven, so we are all brothers and sisters (as is The Messiah).

Every single person on earth has sinned (unintentionally or defiantly), and is not worthy to enter Heaven, so only through the grace of God can sinners receive salvation (Romans 3:23; 1 John 1:7-10; Ecclesiastes 7:20).

Through the sacrifice of The Messiah on the cross, we are cleansed of both sin and guilt - (Isaiah 53:10; Psalm 32:5; Jeremiah 2:22-23).

Forgiving all other people who have sinned against you is essential for our Father in Heaven to forgive you. The Messiah gave us the daily prayer, which is extremely short, but it specifically directs us to forgive other people whom have sinned against us.

Habitual sinning makes those people slaves of sin, slaves to a master, who is not The Messiah (John 8:34; Romans 6:6,7; Romans 6:16; 2 Peter 2:18,19; 1 Corinthians 6:18). You cannot serve two masters because you will eventually prefer to serve one master more than the other master (Matthew 6:24).

Your body is a temple for The Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20; 1 Corinthians 3:16; 2 Corinthians 6:16).

The Ten Commandments are not dead or abolished. They were incorporated into The Messiah's first and second commandment about love (Romans 13:8-10). The law (Ten Commandments) are fulfilled when you love God with all your heart, mind, and soul (Matthew 22:40). Read more...

After the sacrifice of His life on the cross, and subsequent resurrection from death, The Messiah appeared on earth and continued his teachings for 40 more days (1 Corinthians 15:6). Read more...

Our Father in Heaven uses the devil like a tool, and that is why God hasn't incapacitated the devil yet (1 Timothy 1:20; Matthew 4:1-11; Job 1:8, James 1:1-18, 1 Peter 5:8-11). Read more...

Apostle Paul, who wrote 1/3 of The New Testament, was in the business of manufacturing tents, while he was fulfilling The Great Commission (Acts 18:3).

James, the stepbrother of The Messiah, didn't initially believe He was The Son of God, but later became such a dedicated believer that he prayed so frequently and long that his knees became calloused like the knees of a camel.

Many biblical prophecies have been fulfilled recently, and many more are in the process of being fulfilled at this time. The confinement of the Jewish people in concentration camps during WWII may have been instrumental in their movement to retake their homeland, Israel, after almost 2000 years.
